I know what it's like to be unheard and silenced. One of my close loved ones suffers from lifelong mental health concerns that has consumed my family's time and energy. There were times where it felt like their needs were more important than my own. Focusing on being a low-maintenance child who tried to please others and struggled to express my own wants and needs. That only led to bottling up my feelings. I lessened the stress on my family by piling it onto myself. I became obsessed with perfection and dealing with everything on my own. I wanted to solve other people's problems, even though I was crumbling from my own unwillingness to accept help.

I had to learn how to set boundaries with others and with myself. I had to learn how to let other people in and express myself. Only when I was able to heal myself was I able to learn how to help others. The strong inner turmoil inspired me to become a therapist. I mastered clinical skills to bring relief to those with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and crippling insecurities.

In our sessions, you'll have a clear action plan for the week ahead. You will thrive with a toolkit of strategies and tools to reframe negative thoughts, disperse anxiety, and how to advocate for yourself. Let's redesign your mindset so that you can be proud of who you are and get excited about your brilliant future! And of course, I will be with you every step of the way.
