Individual Therapy Session


This is our regular appointment fee. We will discuss how often this will be during our initial/intake appointment (eg. once ever week, or every other week).

Intake/Initial Appointment


After our free consultation, we will have an intake appointment. These appointments typically take 75-90 minutes to complete. This is where I am able to assess your current situation, past contributors, and what our goals might be moving forward.

What will therapy look like?

We work together in therapy to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Those needs and desires within therapy may change along the way and we will continue to work together to adjust as that happens. You are the expert in your life. You live it and have had to go through it! I am able to be here as a support to provide you with my knowledge, new tools and techniques, and guidance so that you can live the life that you deserve.

We will utilize a combination of various methods and types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness and self-compassion based practices. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is goal oriented psychotherapy. It takes a practical approach to problem-solving. We have developed patterns of thinking and behaving over our lifespan. CBT can offer tools to work on changing those patterns of thinking and behaving which helps us to then change the way that we feel.
