What will therapy look like?
We work together in your therapy to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Those needs and desires within therapy may change along the way and we will continue to work together to adjust as that happens. You are the expert in your life. You live it and have had to go through it! I am able to be here as a support to provide you with my knowledge, new tools and techniques, and guidance so that you can live the life that you want and deserve.
We will utilize a combination of various methods and types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness and self-compassion based practices. Free 30 minute consultation. This allows us the opportunity to get acquainted and explore treatment options together before you sign on as a new client.

I know that affording therapy is not easy. Reach out to me for a free consultation and we can review your financial situation and possibly explore options on a sliding scale basis.
Individual Therapy Session
This is our regular appointment fee. We will discuss how often this will be during our initial/intake appointment (eg. once ever week, or every other week).
These are sessions where we may want to have a family member or loved one join in on our session. The goal here is to help build communication and understanding where you may be struggling on your own.
After our free consultation, we will have an intake appointment. These appointments typically take 75-90 minutes to complete. This is where I am able to assess your current situation, past contributors, and what our goals might be moving forward.
