Emotional Support Animal Therapy

$200 per session (minimum or four sessions) - not eligible for sliding scale

Are you needing support through the use of an emotional support animal? We work together through evaluation to see if an emotional support animal is appropriate, explore alternative tools and resources, as well as discuss what an emotional support animal can realistically provide you.

If by the end of the evaluation period you qualify a letter can be provided for you, but is not guaranteed. There is an additional $50 charge to write the letter. 

Premarital Counseling

$175 per session 

Premarital Counseling is set for 10 sessions to start. More can be added, if needed. Within the ten sessions, topics like communication, finances, roles/responsibilities, giving and received love will be covered. It is all designed and tailored specifically to help set your marriage up for success. 

Individual Therapy Session

$150

We work together in therapy to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Those needs and desires within therapy may change along the way and we will continue to work together to adjust as that happens. You are the expert in your life. You live it and have had to go through it! I am able to be here as a support to provide you with my knowledge, new tools and techniques, and guidance so that you can live the life that you deserve.

We will utilize a combination of various methods and types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness and self-compassion based practices. Couple's Therapy

$175 per session

Couple's appointments are 60 minutes. We work together to help you and your partner gain insight into your relationship, resolve conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions. Couple's therapy can be applied to situations outside of romantic relationships as well!

Sliding Scale options - This is based on a financial evaluation and there is currently a waitlist

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is goal oriented psychotherapy. It takes a practical approach to problem-solving. We have developed patterns of thinking and behaving over our lifespan. CBT can offer tools to work on changing those patterns of thinking and behaving which helps us to then change the way that we feel.
